When you send a request or book a meeting, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of client you are, the service you need and anything you write in your message.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your request, arrange meetings, quote our fees and provide accounting and tax services to you. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

CONSULTSQUAD Pty Ltd is the licensee of Platinum Accounting Australia Pty Ltd (Platinum), a CPA Public Practice and Registered Tax Agent. All tax services are provided by Platinum, so your information will be shared with Platinum to provide those services. We also use service providers to run this website, email and online booking (for example Hostinger and Calendly). We share information with the Australian Taxation Office and ASIC only as needed to lodge on your behalf.

How we store it

We keep your information in secure systems and only for as long as we need it for the services and our legal record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing consultsquad@outlook.com.au or calling 0423 762 354. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
